My wife and I recently bought a property only to find that the foundation was a complete mess. Two of the four walls were compromised one severely. There were also issues with settling on a third wall. I read an article about American Foundation in Real Producers magazine and I must say that everything stated there is absolutely true. The attitude, comradery and professionalism of this crew is like nothing I've seen in almost 28 years in the industry as a commercial carpenter. The American Foundation team was great to work with. The folks in their office along with the on-site crew were all very helpful and professional. I had requested that the city engineers and the outside geo-technical engineer participate in the process of remediating the sinkhole and the AFW crew were great at engaging and involving them also.
