Two gentlemen arrived at determined time and immediately started discussed work. One fellow went to work installing water heater and the other started working on kitchen plumbing needing reworked. Before I knew it they were done, cleaned up and packed up and on their way to next job. Couldn't have asked for a better Experience. Nick and his partner are the best, will use them for any future plumbing work. Thanks again for a great job.

Around a month or two ago I had them out to install a back up sump pump and a whole house water filter. I talked to a guy on the phone and he quoted me $600 to do the work. He called a week later and wanted to do the install that day. No notice but hey I was desperate and the price seemed fair. One of their techs arrived later that day and proceeded to spend several hours doing the work. And let me tell you the finished work was top notch. The guy was super friendly and like I said the work he did was pro. But here's why they only get two stars from me. I was quoted $600 on the phone and when the bill came it was over $800. That's close to a 40% increase over what I was quoted. Now I know why they bill you instead of collecting payment right after the work is done. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake I did. Get a written quote from these guys first before the work is done.
