Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. He conducted a free estimate where, despite not finding any issues with our hardware, he took the extra step to explain to me how I could potentially avoid issues going forward. He also provided a quote for a more robust solution if the tips he gave us did not work. Overall, I felt like I received excellent service and value.

I saw good reviews on Reddit and took a chance. Wow; they had someone out in about an hour. Marrele was an absolute delight. He was so polite, professional, and seemed to genuinely care about me. Great experience all around. I had a vent clog (I didn’t know that was a thing) which he resolved and got my kitchen sink working again quickly and efficiently. It was not as expensive as I expected and they did not try to add on anything. I do recommend them.

Great support team (receptionist and dispatching) that supported Jeff C, our technician, with getting the task done in an efficient and effective manner. Response time was great. Initial assessment was quick and thorough, and the fix was professionally completed to a very high standard. You can not go wrong with this team and Jeff is the man you want solving your problem. Will use them again!

This company was great. I called with a problem at my water meter. I told them it was no hurry. They had someone at the house within an hour. James was great. So was his co-worker. Both very polite and explained what needed done to correct the problem. The estimate was more than fair and they worked hard digging in mud to remedy the leak. Even showed me the broken connection. I appreciate very much their professionalism and easily recommend them to anyone. They are my first choice. Great job !

Came within an hour of us calling with an expensive emergency. The technician, Kasey, was very knowledgeable in our specific issue and went above and beyond to get us the best price around. He was very kind and polite. He was patient through the whole process, did solid work and left his workspace spotless. Highly recommend!

Kasey has been out to our home on three separate occasion's to help us figure out what was going on with our plumbing. He wanted to ensure the issue was correct before we spent upwards of $15K or more. After waiting on us to figure out when to have issues fixed, our pipe's made the decision for us yesterday morning when sewage backed up in shower. We got water moving and cleaned up and I called office for pipe's to be jetted which was what we needed, and didn't realize they'd come on out last night, after dark, in freezing rain to do this job. Around the Clock Plumbing is the absolute BEST plumbing company in HSV AL and Kasey in our opinion is the BEST employee. The young man that came out with Kasey last night was awesome as well and I'm so sorry I can't remember his name. He knew what he was doing and was super nice and knowledgeable. This company will always have our business and we thank them for their hard work and kindness!
