I had a great experience with Stevenson HVAC in Beavercreek, OH. Cody, the technician, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable - he quickly got my heating oil furnace up and running and made sure everything was operating safely. Daniel, the salesman, was equally impressive, they both took the time to explain alternative heating options clearly and without pressure, giving me confidence about future upgrades. Both were courteous, thorough, and respectful throughout the process, and their teamwork left me feeling secure that my heating needs are covered. Stevenson HVAC showed a perfect balance of technical skill and customer care, and I highly recommend them for reliable service and honest guidance.

We stayed in a property owned by Mike Bresley and it was wonderful! Very clean, quiet safe neighborhood, fully stocked with every appliance or anything you could ever need. House was very comfortable with a lot of new renovations. Large big screen TV. Washerdryer. Bed was very comfortable with a nice comforter. Yard was well-maintained. Nice furnishings. Easy access to many places.Very pleased and would use this BnB again during another visit! Owner provided immediate response to any message I sent to him and he was very nice and accommodating.

We just had Cody Jones out and he did a fantastic job on our heater repair. He also found an issue with our gas meter that the gas company is working to review and repair. We also had plumbing issues that he identified and has helped with direction on fixing while he was here for the heater. We are very happy. Thank you for the professional experience and even after hour help.

I initially went with Stevenson to replace my furnace with a heatpump/furnace combo and I went with their service place. It was quick and easy for the replacement however I was mislead on the service plan that I was receiving. A couple of items that were supposed to be included was a bi-annual tune up and periodic UV bulb replacement. I am now receiving conflicting information on whether I get 1 or 2 Maintnenace checks per year and the bulb is actually not covered and I would have to purchase a tier up on their service plan. On top of that, they out sourced their call center to where now it’s difficult to talk to anyone that fully comprehends my issues. If you go with the Stevenson, be careful of what exactly they offer you if you get the service plan

Unbelievably high price of well over 33,000 dollars to put in a combi boiler. This is in a 1500 square foot house. It's honestly hard to imagine how anyone sane would even entertain that idea. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these giant conglomerate companies that tack on warranties and service. You don't even own the hardware once it's installed. you are leasing it. They REALLY tighten the screws with their absurd payment plans. No thanks. I'm good. I don't want a car payment for 10 years because you installed a boiler and a water heater. Hard to believe people fall for this. Do some research and ask friends, family, acquaintances, etc for referrals. I ended up with a 25 year HVAC veteran that will install a brand new boiler system for 8,000 dollars.

I first purchased a Stevenson Lennox HVAC system in June 2009. It became apparent during my Sept 2025 semi-annual HVAC maintenance appt that my 16-year-old year system had lost a great deal of its operating efficiency and it was time to consider an upgrade. I was very impressed with Joe, Regional Sales Consultant, who was very fair and thorough in offering advice and explaining my options and providing quote comparisons without any sales pressure whatsoever. He also made me aware of an existing Federal energy tax credit along with a manufacturer's rebate which enabled me to purchase a system with a far more superior energy efficiency rating than my old Lennox being replaced. Two days later the Stevenson crew of Stan, Quinton and Shane arrived when expected and had the entire installation complete by later that afternoon. I could not have been more impressed with all three gentlemen... each was hard-working, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, friendly and willing to answer alll my questions. And they cleaned up the job site perfectly. Kudos to Stevenson for maintaining the loyalty of a long time customer and for a new installation very well done!

I began using Stevenson Service Experts about 3 years ago when I bought this home. I signed up for the maintenance plan. They have been coming every 6 months to do the maintenance. It has always been quick and so far I have not needed any repairs since the initial inspection. Michael Mullins was here today and again did a quick and efficient inspection.
