We had a radon fan replaced today, and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was simple, and their office impressed me by sending over all the required information for a new contractor the very same day. That level of responsiveness really stood out. The technician called ahead around 1:00 to let us know they were on the way, even though the scheduled window was 2–3, which I really appreciated it being a Friday afternoon. He explained it would take about 20 minutes to get into the attic, remove the old fan, and install the new one—and that’s exactly what he did. This was in an occupied unit, and he was very professional, respectful, and efficient. Overall, both the office and the technician made the process smooth and stress-free. I’d gladly recommend them.

Im very impressed with the craftsmanship and trade skills of my installers. I was in construction and remodeling for 36 years living the OCD perfectionist life. These guys ROCK. Very impressed - start to finish. The gentleman who did the estimate as well as the install team were very knowledgeable, with great communication. They patiently answered all our questions and ensured the job was done to a high standard.

They responded quickly to my request, they worked efficiently and got everything taken care of. Ben, David, and Jordan were all responsive and I would HIGHLY recommend Radon1 to anyone having any issues or needs regarding radon. The cost was so much lower than a different estimate (we were quoted $10,000!), Radon 1 quoted much less and were able to do the service right away. If I ever need service again for Radon, I will DEFINITELY use Radon1
