Chris stopped by to see if we were interested in having our roof repaired. He was a true gentleman, well spoken and polite. David came by to do our inspection and bid. He was a pleasure to work with, and completed a very thorough inspection before sitting us down and clearly explaining the materials and roofing procedure. Rob’ took two days to complete our job. They used a crew of who worked hard from morning to night. At the end of each day they worked hard to ensure the yard and job sight were as clean as possible. We were very satisfied with the job from start to finish.

Edit: (I am in Tucson. I’m fairly certain that most of these highly rated reviews are for the main office/crew in the valley, and do not apply to their Tucson office. I based my hire on the reviews, but now know that the Tucson team leaves much to be desired.) Rob’s Roofing sold me the world and did not deliver on the "top tier customer service and satisfaction" they sold me. I wish I had never hired this company as it’s been an enormous headache and has caused me much distress. This has been one of the worst contracting experiences we have had, and we’ve done extensive work on our home. Communication was less than ideal, less than ideal job on our roof, no follow-up on promises made once they got their money. They left rotted wood fascia, did a very poor job replacing only some of my rotted wood (due to me complaining), they left my perimeter of my home ridden with nails, staples, metal pieces, broken tiles, old tar paper. My rain gutters are still full of roofing debris! I was made multiple promises that they’d come and clean them out. After almost three months later, I’m still finding nails and staples and other roofing debris. They came to my home, knocked on my door, solicited my business and I’m just so regretful that I hired them. All talk, no action. After the less than ideal job was done, it was admitted to me that they fired the crew because they’ve been problematic in the past. Some tiles were moved that did not match (see pictures) but Steve told me that it’s "hard to find these tiles to match" and said they were going to stop making them and HOAs would have to change their bylaws for roofing. Funny how they had plenty to do the roof across the street that matched! All of these reasons make me feel like my roof wasn’t properly done. Some of the hand made "gutters" to divert water weren’t done properly and now allow water to fall right into my windows! When I brought it up, he told me they were done properly. I feel duped, lied to, sweet talked and left wildly disappointed. In addition, their pricing was significantly inflated from the other quotes I got for the same roofing job and it was presented in a pressure situation to sign a deal. What still frustrates me is I paid an extra $3K for their promised gold-star service and oversight. What a shame. Don’t make the same mistake I did and hire this company to do your roof. If anything goes wrong, they will not stand by their word. We had Jared from Rob’s Roofing come and inspect our roof and he provided a very thorough evaluation of our 30-year-old roof. I appreciated that he took the time to really inspect our roof, take lots of pictures and then answer any questions we had. Overall, we felt their approach to roofing a home was thoughtful and that they wanted to provide a quality service and product for their customers. This was our 4th bid for a re-roof and ultimately, we hired Rob’s Roofing to do the job. Highly recommend getting a bid from them and seeing if they’re the right fit for your project.

The job was done so well! Connor was quick to set us up. On the first day, no one spoke English, and I had a few questions and wished one person spoke English, so that is the only lost star. Aside from that, it was a five-star service! The crew were pleasant and quick, and they seemed well trained. The biggest surprise was that it was done in three days, and EVERY DAY the crew was very good at cleaning up after themselves like they were not there. Connor was very pleasant to work with when coming for the inspection. I would recommend and hire them again. Thank you!!

Dave came over for the initial appointment. He conducted a thorough inspection of the existing roof, both exterior and in the attic. Took several relevant pictures and took the time to walk me through the issues. This process then progressed to the 3 levels of product they offer. Decided to go with the best offered. Work starts in two weeks. Completion update. Work was completed in 2.5 days, and a head of schedule. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

This company is so full of crap. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. It seems like no one is on the same page. They treat their employees horrible. Its a family owned business and they do not value their employees. No one makes money except the owner and his sisters. Don't waste your time. Arizona Roof Pros are the best I was very happy with the service. They did an exceptional job on my roof.

Will came to our door and asked if he could have someone take a look at roof. We were not planning on a new roof for Christmas; Josiah C inspected our roof and attic and found severe disintegration on our old tiles. We chose beautiful and thick new tiles and their crew showed up two days later. The roofers were very professional and cleaned up daily. The project manager spoke English so we were able to ask questions and know when to expect their arrival. Our new roof looks amazing and we are so pleased we chose to have Rob’s Roofing give us security from the Arizona weather. Tracy in the office was great to work with and so sweet. I was extremely pleased with my association with Rob's roofing.The company salesman, Scott Boyer was courteous, efficient and thoroughly knowledgeable of their product. Every step of the way I felt like I was in good hands with easy access to questions and answers my that I might have. I was impressed with the companies attention to detail. I will gladly recommend Rob's roofing to my neighbors and family if they should have a roofing need.
