Amy the office manager and Jesse, expert field engineer far exceeded expectations on customer service, timeliness and professionalism regarding the assessment of my roof concerns. It’s unfortunately rare to receive such concern, care and expertise. Again, highly recommend. Please also ask them about preferred contractor programs that may exist with your insurer. They’ll guide you with facts you need for making your decisions. I’m beyond pleased. Thank you.

I called to have some debris removed from my roof. Jessie came out and removed the debris and did a roof inspection. Surprising, he found my roof was in good shape. Jessie was polite, professional and took care of me. I had worked with Chris in the past to repair my roof. He is now in the OKC office but referred me to Jessie. I highly recommend Elliot Roofing.

We had our home remodeled by Home Innovations in 2021. They subcontracted Elliot Roofing to add three skylights. We already had 3 skylights, they added 3 more Velux skylights, additionally replacing the old ones in Aug 2021. Our old skylights had never leaked, now they leak every time it rains. We have contacted Elliot Roofing multiple times over the past 3 years and they’ve come out to look at it. I think they did a leak test once and fixed the flashing. Nevertheless, it never gets truly fixed and every time we have severe weather, it leaks. 2/19/2025 I contacted Jesse at Elliot Roofing, and he said that when they installed the skylights, they disputed the skylight design because there wasn’t enough space between the skylights, but they were overruled and the contractor just told them to "do the best you can." Elliot Roofing should have come to the homeowners since the contractor told them to do the job even after they, the professionals, told the contractor it wouldn’t work. We would have never installed more skylights if they weren’t going to have the structural integrity to deal with Oklahoma weather.

Jesse came out and looked at an area in my attic where the roof had been leaking. My HVAC company noticed it when he was doing my furnace service. When Jesse inspected the roof and the pipe, he determined it just needed some adjusting and caulking… which he did. He was very friendly and professional. I’ll be calling them back when it’s time for a roof replacement.

After a nightmare situation with my insurance company, Elliott Roofing came to my rescue and got me squared away with 100% satisfaction from every single member of their team. I received an amazing and detailed quote, a timeline that they beat, and a beautiful new roof and gutter system. We live in Oklahoma, so this isn't my first new roof, but I can promise that I will only use Elliott moving forward, and I will refer any and everyone I know to speak with them. They even went back to my insurance company for me and explained what their adjuster missed and got me more money from my claim. We had our wood roof replaced with shingles last month. We were impressed with Elliott's level of service, the attention to detail, and the ability to get the job done so quickly (at least a day faster than I was expecting). We dealt with Jason in setting up the contract and the insurance process & he was a pleasure to deal with, listening to what we wanted & responding quickly. They worked with us on scheduling, ironed out all the details, & were able to fit us in between the rain & wind storms Tulsa got hit with this spring. The crew worked hard, didn't waste any time, & cleaned up each night after the day's work was completed. I definitely recommend Elliott Roofing for a roofing job (actually have twice already!).

I had an intermittent roof leak into my dining room. I had previously resolved it using roof sealant (it was around one of the pipe jacks) but time and weather caused the sealant to degrade. I was initially planning to have the leak repaired, but the roof was over 20 yrs old, so I decided to look into replacement. Since my neighborhood has an HOA, I literally drove around, looking for any neighbors who had roofs replaced recently. My logic -- they've abided by the HOA covenants, so they *should* be good to work with. One of the yard signs was from Elliott Roofing, so I contacted them first. That's how I met Micah Paul. This was a personable, respectful, knowledgeable young man who clearly has pride in the product and service his company provides. After his initial inspection, he felt I could have the roof replaced under my homeowner's insurance, so we submitted a claim (State Farm). When the adjuster arrived, Micah met him at my house and personally showed him his findings. By the end of the inspection, State Farm wrote a check to cover the entire replacement (sans deductible)! I normally shop around before settling on a company but I honestly felt I could trust Elliott and Micah, so I went ahead and did business with them. I had conversations with other personnel in order to get the work scheduled (production mgr, scheduler) and everyone I spoke with was respectful and courteous (thanks so much Drew and Amy!). Their crew arrived when they said, they protected my property with covers when needed, they weren't overly loud or disruptive and replaced the entire roof in one day (~12 hrs). The crew removed/reinstalled the gutter screens and were mindful of my security cameras and landscaping. Over the next 2 days, they continually sent additional personnel to inspect and clean up after their work (no nails to puncture tires or trash left in the yard). They installed additional solar vents that were sorely needed in the attic. The work and materials are fully warranted. Overall, I was completely pleased with the results. Everything occurred just as Micah explained, so there were no surprises, except for surprisingly great results. I highly recommend Elliott Roofing and sincerely hope that anyone using their service as a result of this review has the same or better results as I.
