We are so happy with our bathroom remodel. Carlo and his team were amazing. After the job was done, we weren’t crazy about the mirror that we originally had and Carlo came back the next evening to change it for us. The cleaning lady was very thorough she went above and beyond. I love the different payment options that were made available, it was very convenient. Great Job.

Angel and his crew are very nice and extremely professional. I’m not good with designs or decorations so he did help me a lot with that department. Malan construction provides excellent service at a fair price. They very meticulous and pay great attention to detail. When they are done, the job is totally complete. They are so clean, your home is returned to you in its original condition. I was referred to Angel by my Dad…and in this case "father knows best" . Angel has completed 3 projects for my family this year, and we are starting one more in a few days.

Malan general construction is very reliable, clean and efficient with all the work he has done for me. In 2024, he replaced my roof along with my semi attached neighbor in three days. I hired him to do some painting, install four doors and installed new carpet on steps along with railway and post. The paint job was above my expectations. I’m looking forward to do more work in the nearby future. I want to thank all his employees who came and worked all day to make my home beautiful.
