I had a repairman come out and diagnose the problem. I paid the service fee, ordered my own parts and I paid th labor charge when he fixed the repair. The next time I ran the washer it had another error code and would not work. I called back immediately ane they wanted to charge another service fee to diagnose the "next" problem. Once I said I thought I might call someone elsse they hung up on me.

We had an in-wall microwave go bad. They were quick to arrive, diagnose and determine the microwave could be fixed at less than half the price of replacement. The part took a tad longer to arrive, which is typical these days. But once it did they called and were out in a day to install. The microwave works fine and we are quite happy!

Jenny and the technicians are prompt, communicate well and provide great service at a great price. If they can fix it they will. Sometimes it’s better to replace an item then fix it! They will let you know.

We are forced to use this company though our rental. The tech and office have been dodging our calls, sending us to voicemail. The part was supposed to arrive in 1-2 days. Its been over a week and I have yet to hear back about when it will get installed.

I made an appointment with this company for 12-11-2024 at 10am to 1pm. The technician didn't show up. I called their office at 2pm to ask why the technician didn't show up and received a vague answer about a truck break down and scheduling problems. The lady on the phone said they would sort this out and call me back. No one ever contacted me after that call or showed up to fix my washing machine. they are the most unprofessional company I have tried to do business with. Zero work and zero professionalism = zero stars

The task was routine, replace a single three ring burner where only two of the rings were heating up(flat range). Part took three weeks to come in-ok. Service person(Patrick) tried to replace it dropping the range top, making a very loud crashing sound in the process. I was in the adjoining room and came in to ask what happened. The service person said he dropped his metal tool on my tile floor. Absolutely not the loud metal and glass sound I heard. I told him it sounded like my range top. I knew it was the top which came crashing down because he did not have it propped open, rather he held it with one hand as he tried to repair the part with the other hand. At one point, I even offered to hold it while he worked on it. He smelled of "drink" from the night before and curse in front of me several times when he could not get it to work. He told me he could not figure it out and said he would call his office when he left. I called the office immediately and gave them a complete account of what happened. One of the owners came out the same day and assessed the stove. After that second visit(first was just an initial consult), the entire stove top along with the one burner replaced wouldn’t work. Three months later, multiple parts being tested, multiple workers(including both owners)trying to repair what the first service guy broke, time taken off work, I am left with a range where now it is in worse repair than when we started. The entire element does not work and they cannot figure out the new problem created by the very first service. Each owner said either they would replace the range or "work something out" with us. We have been extremely patient and we were cooking on the grill for the most of two months. Last visit, one owner said he would refund us the $95 service fee and call it a day! What?? My stove is in worse repair after your incompetent worker broke it?!! We have tried to get back in touch with the owner multiple times and our calls are not being returned. I give them credit for trying but in the end, I have to buy a new stove top and they will not "work something out" with us. They were not true to their word and their one worker is a menace which they are responsible for. Taking the next step so we will be in touch!
