Direct communication with my repair person (James) was greatly appreciated. I was going to take what I thought was a cheaper route….but not the right route. I’m glad I was able to speak with him first. He was very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time. Had great communication and were efficient. My garage door looks awesome again….it’s actually my favorite feature on my home (precision installed the door years ago) so I’m so very happy I got it fixed the right way! Both guys were great.
