From the initial inspection of our old door to the variety of choices of doors and finding a new opener that would work with our garage space, Tim explained everything clearly with no pressure sales tactics. Amy in the office kept us in the loop regarding the progress of our door and Seamus had our new door and opener installed in about 4 hours and answered our questions regarding the new opener and how it worked. All in all, very professional and friendly service and I highly recommend this company.

Wife and I wanted to paint the garage door as it was showing its age. Before painting we needed new trim around the door. The trim is a specialty piece with a gasket and the old stuff was wood and rotted. Best Garage Door was consulted to handle the trim pieces. They were quick to come out and show me color samples and provide a quote on replacement composite trim. They went out of their way to get me the matching color codes for Sherwin Williams to get paint to match the new trim. Once I had the paint applied, they were quick to schedule the completion of putting up the new trim. Paint matches the trim really well. Overall great experience working with them on this project.
