Really great experience with my technician Jordan. I reached out super last minute last night to get something scheduled for our ant problem and he was able to come out this morning. Very friendly, punctual, and informative. They have fair pricing and didn’t pressure me to sign up for anything but gave me options if we want them to come spray regularly. So prompt! So professional! Lifting the toilet lid and finding a rat derails your day. Chad was out so quickly on a Friday afternoon when another company I called couldn't send someone until Monday! He was thorough and professional and explained what was going on. Best of all, there was no upselling for services I'd heard about, but he said weren't needed in this situation. Signed up for regular treatments after this.
