A-1 Appliance

We recently did a complete kitchen remodel; flooring, cabinets, countertops and appliances. We purchased our appliances from A-1. We were extremely pleased. We replaced our built in refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and build in microwave. Tom Berry not only made it a most pleasurable experience, but has tremendous product knowledge. He helped us choose the right set of appliances that best fit our needs, then kept us fully informed during the entire process. Tom is by far one of the best sales consultants I've ever encountered. From sales, to installation, I give A-1 top marks. I highly recommend.

I bought a Jenn Air dishwasher from A1, primarily because of the peace of mind of purchasing from a company that also serviced its appliances. Sale and installation went smoothly. Fast forward 11 months. The dishwasher quit working. Set up a service call. During the call, the technician pulled the dishwasher out to find the problem and water gushed out, pouring into the basement bedroom underneath causing damage to the ceiling and light fixtures. Now, 2 months later, the manufacturer takes no responsibility-says it was an installation issue. A1 is not raking responsibility—they say it is a faulty issue with the manufacturer. Little consumer me is left with the bill to repair ceiling and light fixture. A! Service manager offered to "get back to me" 4 weeks ago., My last email to him went unanswered. Never thought I would say this, go to a Big Box Store to get your appliances.

Tim is the most incredible repairman. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has an amazing work ethic. He is the reason I am a loyal A-1 customer.

If you wanna pay a $169 trip charge & $186 labor charge plus parts, this is your company. 1 heating element, 1 thermostat, labor charge plus trip charge = $530. For a dryer that is 15 years old. Disgusting - A1

Great company to deal with and absolute top notch customer service. Erica was great to deal with and went above and beyond our expectations after a small issue with a vent hood. The installers even put our microwave trim kit on for free while they were there. Thank you again and look forward to dealing with you in the future. -David and Brooke EDIT 7-16-25 Still going with 5 stars based on customer service alone, but the vent hood motor lasted 3 years and the Beko refrigerator doors are literally falling apart. I’m not sure what brand the hood is but I wouldn’t recommend the Beko brand.

The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous concerning my recent purchase. I have been purchasing appliances and getting them serviced with A-1 for many years, and they always exceed my expectations.

Strange experience. I scheduled an appointment to look at appliances for our kitchen remodel. I spent 1.5 hours at their showroom looking at options and listening to a salesrep tell me all about their brands and their award-winning customer service (he mentioned that 3 times) only to never receive the quote I was promised. I emailed twice to remind him, and he said twice that he would send it to me, but he just never followed through. I intended to buy two ovens, an induction cooktop, and a downdraft vent from this store. Needless to say, I’m not impressed with their "award winning customer service". I bought all my appliances from a competitor.
