I had a good experience with Danyil Yaroshenko who is employed with A-Fix Service. He did a good job at replacing the motor inside my Samsung overhead stove fan. He came when others did not come and got my overhead stove fan working in perfect order again and ready for Thanksgiving Day cooking. Thank you very much. I really appreciate you and will want to use you again in the future.

They are LG certified service! They came out before the parts were delivered based on the error code. They did a diagnostic inspection and ordered different parts based on his assessment. He was back about 2weeks later and installed parts and completed the repair. He was prompt and worked very clean! Very professional and caring!! I would highly recommend the company!

My range oven was out of warranty and I couldn't find anybody to fix it. The general electric customer service center recommended I call this company and they came out and fix the electrical problem and got it working super quick. They were the only one around for miles that I could find that were able to take care of me. The communicated well, and they got the job done. That's what matters to me.

First, the appointment setup by the company who is providing a warranty for my appliance was a no show. When I reached out to A-Fix, they stated that they'd been 'trying to contact me to schedule' but I had 0 missed calls and 0 voice messages from their company. I provided all requested information, only for them to ghost me in our SMS conversation. I followed up with them again the following day, only for them to tell me that they were waiting for the warranty company to approve their travel fees. They assured me that they would follow up with me via phone call, text, and email to ensure I didn't miss further communications. I waited a week with no updates, then received an email that they were trying to contact me. Again, 0 missed calls or voicemails, and a broken promise to provide updates via our existing SMS conversation. I reached out yet again and was told that they 'didn't hear back from me' during a time frame where I was proactively reaching out to them, and then stated that my ticket was closed because the 'warranty company was unresponsive.' When I questioned why they would assure me that they would obtain the answer from the warranty company, then do nothing, then close my ticket, they suggested that I contact the warranty company to pursue service through a different company. I was supposed to host Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. Don't bother even attempting to do business with this company, as they'll simply assure you everything's fine for 3 weeks and then send you to the back of their queue. And if you aren't fine with that, that's okay, they'd rather not have your business anyway. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Editing to add the update. This is how they decided to 'address' this poor experience. Best of luck to anyone who tries to use this company as they take 0 ownership when there are issues.

Today, I had the pleasure of having Alex from A-Fix Services, repair my dishwasher and microwave. Both appliances, stopped working and needed a new motor installed. A-Fix stepped right up and sent Alex to the rescue. Alex was so polite, efficient, knowledgeable and provided outstanding service! Thank you so much for all your assistance with my appliances, and I will definitely be using A-Fix Services again!!!!

Aleksei diagnosed the issue with our new stove very efficiently, ordered the necessary parts, and scheduled another appointment to complete the repair. He was professional, easy to work with, and, best of all, he fixed our oven! This was a warranty repair so we did not have a choice in who made the repair, but I would have no hesitation in recommending this company or using their services in the future. Thank you, Aleksei!

The serviceman who came to fix our LG refrigerator was Arthur. He was prompt, and called to tell me when he would be here. Arthur was polite and very kind. He cleaned up afterwards and told us we should wait 24 hours, which we will do. Thank you for having such a nice employee. Lana Larsen
