Yuri has successfully repaired our aging washer and dryer in the last few years. On our most recent service call for the washing machine, the repair and labor costs were estimated to be high enough that it (sadly) didn’t make sense to repair the old machine. In both cases, Yuri promptly responded to the messages, fixed the problem efficiently. He is extremely punctual with scheduling, precise with his service and fair with his fees.
