ABS Restoration Services

Do not hire this company. ABS came in and completed destroyed our home. They did unlicensed work and hired unlicensed subcontractors with no experience. They told us that they do not need a license if they are not doing structural work, which is false. I’ve never seen a messier job site, they left equipment and materials everywhere, and did not complete the job. Multiple industry professionals have come through to assess how to fix our home and have stated that this is the worst work they have ever seen. ABS is an unskilled, unlicensed company with terrible communication and a complete lack of professionalism, attention to detail and care for your home. Keep in mind these photos are from the day before we were scheduled to move back into our home. They told us it just needed a walk through for final touches.

Alex was upfront and honest to his and the equipments abilities. In less than 24 hours I had a quote and an appointment. The carpet looked cleaner than the first day I had stepped on it in my apartment rental. The apartment manager was quite impressed upon my exit inspection and said, "The place looks awesome. Good job!" I fully recommend ABS Restoration Services.

I had a great experience with ABS Restoration. It was fast and easy and got rid most of our spots without any special treatment, no up-selling or anything of the sort which was great. If you ask for extra treatment they for sure provide it but they are very good in telling you whether you need it or not. Prices are very reasonable and it makes it possible to get carpet cleaning done more often. Alex, the guy who came out, was very friendly and swift. Will definitely call them again. One thing I wish they don't tell you is that the carpets will be dry in 2-hrs but it actually took 24hrs (in an upper 60s weather). Great, easy experience.

We used ABS to clean the carpet in our 2 bedroom apartment and couldn't be happier with the result. James' customer service was outstanding and his communication was exceptional. The carpet is three years old and after they were done, it looked and felt like brand new. The prices are better than the competition and the work exceeded our expectations. I had a great experience with ABS. They called me and gave me a time of arrival, which they got there as said. Once there they were very polite made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions. I asked if they could help me pull a rug from under my kitchen table & he did with a big smile. Thank you ABS you did a terrific job! Never push me for an upgrade. I decided to have my carpet cleaned since I'm moving into an old house which the room I'm staying in has never been cleaned. There were so many stains from who knows what and they did an awesome job! Alex was polite and when I had questions about what he was doing he explained everything to me. Love the clean carpet and the smell after it's done is even better.
