AccuTemp Services

Jeremy was insanely professional and prompt! He explained the problem cause to me and the solutions to resolve! He was polite and helpful through the repair. He definitely deserves a raise for his hard work!

Allen did an excellent job of diagnosing a complex gas leak. He came out here late on a Sunday night and got me situated to get a repair done the next day.

D’Vante came to our home and replaced a bathroom fixture. Great job!

DO NOT use the electrical services of this compnay. They specialize in price gouging. They wanted $900 to replace six smoke alarms that were expired, which costs about $35 each on Amazon, and $250 just to check a ceiling fan with flickering lights without any guarantee that they would actually fix it. Apparently they are not interested in repeat customers. You have been warned.

I just purchased a house and had not yet been able to find trustworthy repairmen and trades. My AC unexpectedly went out in the Louisiana summer after I got back from work. Not only was their customer service quick and great but they got Jacob out that night! He was thorough and honest and fixed everything within the hour. I so appreciate someone who gives me honest opinions and quotes on things, especially if I do not know a lot about the subject. If he could be my technician every time, that would be great!

Jacob Hadley was very friendly, professional, honest and respectful. He was very patient with explaining the issue to me and my uncles over the phone. He represented the company really well and made me want to stay with accutemp for future services. I would highly recommend him!

Charles did an excellent job! He is personable and professional and made sure we were aware of all the options available. He worked quickly and efficiently. We are impressed with the service we received and will be looking forward to our future preventive maintenance with them.
