PHD Plumbing Services

This Father/Son team solved several plumbing issues in the 20 year old home we bought a year ago. My first call was for a leaky sink which turned out to be a loose nut on the garbage disposal. We talked about changing the sink that was showing its 20 year age. That conversation ended with the installation of a new sink, faucet and accessories. On to the leaking toilets. 3 new toilets installed by Eric who did a very nice job installing the toilets and bidets. My husband and I are in our mid to late 70’s. Both of us are battling health issues. It was a great relief to find this company, because before our health issues, we were DIYers. We thought we got a quick response, friendly service, a correct diagnosis, expert installation and a reasonable price. You can’t ask for anything more! Recommend them….? Yes, indeed. PHD is AMAZING!! I have used them for several projects at my home and they ALWAYS go above and beyond to help. Most recently, they had to make a return trip to fix an error caused by the shower installers. PHD came back right away and dealt with the issue. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Call them, you won’t be sorry. By far, the best plumbers in the area! Fast, efficient, professional, outstanding work, reasonable, and they always clean up when they’re finished.

I called PDH when I developed a leak under my sink. Eric was so responsive, then diagnosing the problem and going above and beyond to shop for a new faucet in stock in town. It was amazing he would take the time to help me get up and running the same day. Professional, great communication, and a reasonable price Highly recommend.

I’ve learned to get 3 estimates for any home projects from previous bad experiences. This time I needed my sewer line inspected due to fecal smell seeping throughout the house every other day and I called a local chain company who inspected and gave me an estimate of thousands of dollars that included invasive work. Luckily I got a referral from a reputable company that was doing work around the house and highly recommended PHD plumbing and drain services both Mr. Chacon and his young apprentice were extremely professional. He inspected the issue at hand and reassured me that all we needed was a p-trap that was never installed when the laundry room sink was installed almost 7 years ago, first he troubleshoot the problem by telling me to cover the drain hole with tape and call him back in 3-4 days to update him with the smell, once they came and tackle the problem I also added a bathroom sink installation that also needed all the drain pipes and an outdoor drain PVC for my HVAC unit that was draining by the side of the house along with the stinky smell. Their work was clean, efficient and extremely professional, we also consulted with Mr. Chacon about installing an outdoor shower and an outdoor sink (lavadero) which he assured us that we would gladly assist us with that and to reach out when we are ready. I truly cannot express enough of how happy we were with their services and would tell anyone not to bother with anyone else and waste your money for something that wasn’t even needed. Thanks again for your honesty and professionalism.

Rafael and Eric are professional, courteous, respectful and honest! Fixed my leaky rock n roll toilet and now I sit on the throne like a Queen! Rafael noticed another issue and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend PHD for all your plumbing, heating or drain concerns. These fellas are the doctors of plumbing!

Prompt, professional, friendly. Raphael and his son Eric came out to help me determine which of my below surface drainage pipes were functional. It's an old system and kind of a mystery mess but Raphael got right to it and sorted it out. He inspected each pipe, cleaned out the ones that had some promise, ran a water test to make sure they were draining. I'm very happy that I can use at least four of the six pipes with my new gutters. Very fair price. I already know I'll use him again for some bigger old house plumbing issues. Thank you!!!

Eric showed up 2 hours before scheduled appointment and explained everything thoroughly before he did it. His work was quick and very professional. Highly recommend this company.
