Affordable Roofing

We had a terrible experience with Affordable from start to finish. The project was scheduled to begin last fall, but the crew showed up five hours late, twice, so our siding had to sit in our driveway all winter. Once the project did begin, it was still a comedy of errors on the workers part requiring they return to fix what they didn't do correctly. The contract also stipulated they would haul away the wood in our driveway, which was not completed. Do not hire this company!

Richard was amazing fixed our roof better than it was before gave us lots of options did a a great job and pressure washed the whole house. This is the only company we will ever use.

The actual roof was done and seems to be done well. I have a lot of issues with their customer service, but the work itself is good. Very poor customer service experience, though. They had my husband sign a paper saying we wouldn't post bad reviews (which is illegal to do- Consumer Fairness Act of 2016). I was told if I shared my reviews publicly their lawyers would be contacting me.

Affordable Roofing crew provided quick, quality service. They were able to replace my roof at a great price, and answered any questions that I had in a knowledgeable, courteous manner. I Highly recommend this company!

I agree with several other reviews STAY away from this company they will RIP you off in any manner they can. We started with requesting an estimate and unfortunately that was the only thing that went well. Excuse after excuse we just decided they weren't for us, just wanted our money back so we could move on to another company that would be serious about scheduling our roof replacement and I was told they were going to keep 25% of our money(said they ordered our materials already) we heard that several times they were ordered and would be delivered several times too big joke!!! We gave them a check immediately but will they will take several weeks to refund our payment Minus 25%. The should be fortunate we have patience for scammers like them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I guess we should have looked at the reviews first. They started off great. Great friendly service, easy to work with. The roof itself is great, looks good and the crew was great. They cleaned all their mess and double checked it. The problem is that they put on the wrong roof! It looks ok just not the roof we chose. The owner came out and talked to.my husband and said he would make it right but we have not heard another thing from them. Do NOT use this company.

Affordable Roofing is awesome! They did a great job on my new roof! They are fast and friendly and the sales rep worked well with my insurance company! I highly recommend using this company!
