Amenity Roofing and Siding

John’s roof/siding/gutters/paint team at AMENITY Were top notch! John’s team worked hard to fix a very large storm damage project. His team worked w my insurance company to get the job done and completed. They had to do a complete roof/partial siding and complete chimney and paint house. They were extremely hard working and cleaned up great after project. I would definitely recommend them for any project needed. Thank You John and your team for providing great service to my family!

BUYERS BE WARE. If I could leave a zero I would. Around 2 years ago they did work on the roof. It rained and they clearly did not cover anything so most of our roof is damaged from water. We still get leaks but luckily for us the guy who came over today said it’s our dryers fault and not theirs unless we graciously pay them $1,600 to fix the problem they caused in the first place. There are other roofers, just sucks when you want to support your local community and the business owners make it harder on the community.

I received four quotes from local contractors for a new roof. After reviewing the quotes, I believe that Amenity represented the best value for the money. A few items stood out: -Professionalism of Jason who was our primary contact. Very personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and to the point. I would highly recommend him to both my friends and family. -I was referred to Amenity Roofing by a neighbor whose parents had utilized them and had a wonderful experience. I’m happy to report that I had a similar experience. -The reviews online were exceptional and I’m happy to report that they are accurate! From the first call to my roof being completed was two weeks. Weather and the permit delayed us by a few days. The crew showed up on a Thursday morning around 8:00 AM and were completely done by 4 PM. Clean-up was exceptionally well done given how many nails and shingles they took off. Having four kids under the age of 8 and a dog, this was important to me. A few days later, Jason stopped by to do a final review and collect final payment. Its been a month since the roof went on and so far so good! I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

Yousef was our contact person and he was outstanding and helpful throughout the entire roofing process. He has been wonderful to work with and was always very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. We are very excited for our new roof. Thank you Amenity

Amenity assessed the hail damage at my home in the spring of 2023. I needed a new roof and gutters. Maher was very helpful, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Even though there were many claims in the area from that hail storm, they completed the job in a timely manner. I was extremely happy with their work. I would definitely refer them to family and friends. Thanks Amenity
