The booking was easy and when they came out a few days later they were able to run a wire to let the ice melt instead of building up in the freezer. And they had a part that could replace part of our ice maker. Awesome job
Had a dryer on the fritz but I knew repair was likely. I did the usual - called/emailed several companies. These guys were the first to pick up the phone (with a live body!) and they got a technician out the same day to get it looked at. The tech ordered the parts and was back in a few days. Nick did a really great job as well - he was easy, courteous and prompt. Would recommend!
Jeremy is skilled at identifying the problem and only replacing the necessary part. He also helped me check the filter to avoid the freezer's potential problem. A very nice guy.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff! they communicate every step of the way and their repairs last!
Honest service by tech Jeremy. He fixed my GE Monogram ice maker with a service call charge. Very happy with his work.
Service on the microwave quick and efficient and the next day appointment was fantastic.
911 Seattle Appliance Repair was extremely responsive and professional. They responded to me immediately, communicated expected costs up front, and were able to get a service technician out the next day to repair my microwave. I highly recommend them!
