A big shoutout to Robert, who’s been excellent with coordination, and to the team at the Tukwila distribution center, who went above and beyond — even making an extra trip out to my Pierce County property to ensure all four coin acceptors were working perfectly after installation. I had a great sales and installation experience! Professional, friendly, and courteous! Nothing wrong with big box stores but this experience was more personal - you're building a relationship. If I run into trouble, I can contact them, and especially the sales person for support.

Installed a Bosch 800 refrigerator and Wolf rangetop, with Zephyr 1300 cfm rangehood from Arnold Appliance, and Brent made the experience exceptional. He went above and beyond from day one – measuring our kitchen space, calculating ventilation needs for our cooking style, and recommending the perfect rangehood that performed flawlessly. My wife now enjoys wok cooking that is smoke free! When we hit a snag during installation (our marble counter needed precise adjustments for the rangetop), Brent personally coordinated 2 return visits and had his team recut the countertop perfectly – with no extra charges. His commitment to getting every detail right was incredible. Highly recommend Brent and Arnold Appliances for anyone investing in premium kitchen gear. I purchased a Kitchenaid downdraft gas cooktop from Arnold’s online. I received a call from them less than 2 days later to discuss the measurements, the process, and the need to cut into the granite to make the space larger. They quoted me the additional costs (very fair price) and schedule the installation for the following weekend. I received a reminder call 2 days prior to the install. And addition communication re: expected arrival time . This experience with Arnold’s was SUPERB and I’m disappointed that I haven’t used them before now. I was a bit under the weather when they arrived and they were very respectful of that. The job was completed in less time than I anticipated and they left no sign that they had even been in my house other than my newly installed cooktop.

Purchased a double oven from Arnold's last year and returned to Arnold's about 4 weeks ago to buy a matching refridgerator after our old one quit working. Salesman.answered all our questions regarding quality , delivery and the delivery team was clean , courteous and professional! Will definitely use Arnold's for any future needs .
