I called on a Friday afternoon. About 30 minutes later Mr. Valdez-Soriano showed up to my home. He diagnosed the problem & fixed my refrigerator. He was professional & a pleasure to have in my home. I will not hesitate to contact J German for help in the future.

Jonathan was super helpful and helped me diagnose and repair the issue with my oven quickly.

I'm removing my initial horrible post because the repair guy did contact me and explained the situation with his phone, hence he did not receivebmy calls or messages. Therefore, they were not avoiding me and I was not ripped off. He offered to rectify the issue which I am pleased with. I truly appreciate their willingness to do right by their customers.
