Sorry for the long post as this was my Worst experience ever. I had called to fix my Sub Zero ice maker. Petr the tech came out 4 times; very sarcastic person very poor customer service etiquette. Requested $85 service fee on same day of evaluating what needs to be done within next few weeks he came 3 more time to no avail. At that I paid him for some parts and even gave him $20 tip. Letting me feel like a nuisance for bothering him while he was very busy. Last time he came to again fix something he did not see part of ice maker missing turned up the ice and broke that part of ice holder. I then called the office explaining this ordeal, to two different "managers". I was told Petr and another tech will come to evaluate again. Both came and the other tech called himself only an assistant; which we found he lied he was another tech. At this point we were upset that nothing been done a part was broken and when my husband tried to explain to the assistant what happened Petr stormed out. Then again that assistant came back that same day as the new tech again saying he wanted another explanation as to what happened. He then re evaluated what needs to be done and presented me with over $900 bill to fix. I had asked what about the broken part, they claimed it was our fault. This is the most unprofessional service I had ever experienced the only positive aspect they refunded me the $145 I paid them. Steer clear from this agency for high end appliances very rude unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from people in Service.

Petross is an excellent company. Fast and professional service with great communication. Came out the very next day and had the best quote in town. Very easy to work with and will definitely hire them again and recommend them fully.

I had a great experience with Petross Appliances Repair! They repaired my refrigerator, which had suddenly stopped cooling, and did so quickly and professionally. The technician arrived on time and explained the problem clearly. The needed replacement parts were ordered and had been put in place within just over an hour. I really appreciated the transparent pricing and how courteous and respectful the technician (who happens to be the business owner) was in my home. It's hard to find reliable service these days, but I'll definitely be calling them again if anything else breaks. Highly recommend!

Called for a technician to come check out my oven that was not heating up. The tech was very professional and honest. He cleaned up and left everything as it was initially. The service charge also was the best price after calling for a few quotes with other appliance repair companies. Will definitely use this company again if need be.
