Customer Reviews
Hooked On Appliance Repair has a rating of 4.2 out of 5 based on over 20 reviews on Google
I had a repairman come to my house today, he told me he was submitting the request to the Home Warranty company to authorize the repair and then I found out he dedcided to refuse the job because he doesn’t work on my type of refrigerator. While I appreciate him not attempting a repair he wasn’t comfortable with. I would have preferred him he was doing so.
Hooked on Appliance repair quickly responded to the service requested and did a quality repair on my step daughter's dryer. The price was reasonable for the house call, diagnosis and repair of the dryer. Appointment was easy to schedule and my step daughter was able to finish her laundry in time to have a clean uniform for work! I highly recommend Hooked on Appliance Repair for anyone in the Cape Coral North Fort Myers area. Great work by great people!
Excellent service and professionalism from the initial contact to the completion of the dryer repair. Jason gave us good advice to prevent future problems. Thank you. Augusto Borras
Tech was friendly and had my washer running again in less than an hour. Great customer service and great price
Although somewhat helpful getting in contact with them is about impossible. After 3 weeks we are still waiting for the repair to be finished. Had they read the insurance cla8m carefully they would have seen the main part was approved.
Simply Terrific Service. Diagnosed and repaired my appliance same day, I’m back using my appliance. If your looking for your appliance to come back to life. Strongly Recommend using this company…
