Jazz Appliance Repair

Nathan was able to stop by the next day and diagnose the problem for my fridge that was having cooling issues. He happened to have the correct spare part in his truck and was able to fix the issue in about 45 minutes. I had a great experience and would use him again.

Nathan went above and beyond to help diagnose my oven problem. He was able to determine the problem was electrical. He came back the same day to pull out the wall oven to allow the electrician access. He spent a total of 2 hours at my house (on 2 trips) to help fix my oven and only charged the trip fee. Great service and very nice guy!

Nathan was amazing very very professional service he knew what he was doing with our washer and dryer. He fixed it in 25 minutes. I will always be reaching out to him for my appliance needs. Thanks again Nathan. I really highly recommend you to everyone in the Phoenix Chandler Mesa Tempe area.

I called Nathan to come fix a loud, squeaky dryer and he came out the same day and fixed the issue. He is extremely responsive, thorough, and reasonably priced. Would use his services again. Highly recommend!

This is probably the weirdest review I’ve ever written, but the one I was most excited to leave. Recently I had two separate issues where I contacted Nathan at Jazz. Both issues he was able to resolve over the phone. First, he identified my compressor was broken and still under factory warranty. He didn’t charge a trip charge to come and tell me that. He saved me money! Next my clothes dryer was acting a fool and he suggested things to try to reset it and it totally worked - again, without a trip charge, just over the phone. This type of honest service isn’t found often these days. Because of this he’s totally earned our business even though he’s never been to our house. When things break, and I know they will, we will only call Jazz! By the way, I was referred to Jazz by very commentary posts in the Go Gilbert Facebook group. So I know I’m not the only one who appreciates him.

This company has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I called them because my fridge wasn't working. They give me free troubleshooting advice over the phone, and they were more then patient with them. When I called them out for service, they were able to quickly repair the problem for a more than fair price. I will definitely use these folks again when I have appliance troubles.

Nathan came to fix our wall oven. He was methodical, friendly, and he accurately diagnosed the problem. The price was as quoted. I would call him again for other repairs.
