Our technical Brian was very courteous and helpful. He quickly explained that our refrigerator computer board went out and as soon as the part was in, he came back and replaced it in less than 20 minutes. I also appreciate the text message communication informing me when he would arrive.

Wish I could give a ZERO because that's the service they provide. We were assigned this company back in April to fix some things in the kitchen. I made a comment how when I called American Home Shield and told them about multiple issues with the kitchen that they could do it all on 1 service call. He wasn't pleased AT ALL about that, giving off a very rude vibe. The items in the kitchen needed to get replaced or repaired. I was told by the warranty company that the parts were in and a dozen phone calls were given (even from the warranty company) with NO response, ZERO! Completely unacceptable service to just leave someone who got your company business high and dry. I will never use this company (and will go out of my way to make sure American Home Shield never uses them again) and will never recommend them to any client.

On site service technician, Brian at MC2 Appliance Service, was prompt, polite, and thorough in his diagnosis and ultimately helped us with our claim with the insurance company to get a new wall-mounted microwave. Would definitely recommend and work with him again.

Similar experience to others. Said the refrigerator was too complex and told us the problem could be solved by just unplugging it for 48 hours. One week later we called back (bc obviously unplugging it didn’t work) and he never responded. Now it says the business is "closed"

I have worked with multiple appliance companies in the past. This time American Home shield referred to Working with MC2 Appliance Service was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, the repair specialist did not have adequate knowledge of the components of the name brand washer . It seemed like a best-case scenario was provided without reason to the cause or attempt to repair the issue. The specialist stated to me in person the reason for the issues but advised differently days later when I received a decision on coverage based upon the notes provided by the company. Insurance not paid

MC2 was assigned by our home warranty company to fix our appliance. The company came out a total of four times. Some of the issues were not resolved, and we were told by MC2 to ask our home warranty company to assign a different technician for future repairs... He clearly indicated that he didn't know how to fix my appliance by stating this. His report to my warranty company noted that no mechanical failures were identified, and no repairs are necessary, yet my appliance is still not fixed. The technician was also unfriendly for such a customer-facing role.

Brian provided friendly and professional service for my work order with MC2 Appliance Service. He was knowledgeable and helpful and was able to successfully repair my dishwasher and swap out a part for my stovetop range. I would recommend to others needing appliance maintenance. The company was automatically assigned to be by my AHS warranty.
