We required multiple visits from Jamie for our old, discontinued washing machine over the course of a year. He was always prompt, polite, knowledgeable, happy to teach me about the machine’s quirks, and most of all HONEST about every cost and option! He made great conversation while working. Very respectful towards our home and animals, and our cat very much enjoyed his presence. The representative that answered the phone and scheduled my appointments was always professional and made each call seamless. The parts warranty was a huge plus due to the discontinued part we required more than once!

Extremely disappointed and feel completely taken advantage of. I’m honestly shocked this place has a 4.8 rating, because our experience was the exact opposite. We had Christopher come out to look at our dryer. He took the machine apart, tested everything, and told us the issue was the wheels. We were charged $300 for wheels and install — for parts that cost about $10. After that, he suddenly said the motor was also bad and quoted another $500 just for the part, plus about $800 total for the full repair. When we asked how much a new dryer costs, he told us around $1,000, which was falseand even said our 2019 model was no longer available. We decided to double-check, and sure enough — we purchased the exact same dryer for $600, installed. The pricing we were given was not even close to honest or reasonable. We absolutely feel gypped and misled, and at this point we would genuinely appreciate a refund for the $300 we paid for an unnecessary repair. This experience left us with zero trust in this company, and we will not be using them again. Do not recommend.

I am so grateful for Mike at Mr. Appliance. I called the office Monday morning and Mike was at my home at 4:15pm that same day. That's incredible service when my washing machine isn't working and laundry is piling up. Mike was calm and knowledgeable and took his time inspecting my washer and ensuring he knew the exact problem. The service was cheaper than me buying a new washing machine. Highly recommend this company!

Upon the recommendation of others from the Central Park neighborhood of Denver, who advised me to use Mr. Appliance Denver. I was very happy with the ease & timelines of making an appt online to fixing the heating element if my stove/oven. The appliance repairman was respectful of my property without me having to tell him to cover his shoes, his knowledge as a repairman, his efficiency, thoroughness and his ability to explain the diagnosis & measures toward fixing my heating elements on my stove/oven. I highly recommend using this company. They also provide a 1 year warranty on parts. There is a $149 diagnostic fee so my entire bill was $375 for diagnosis, parts & labor; competitive, if not a bit better than others.

If I could give them 6 starts I would. Very kind and took the time to explain the problem. They also are prompt and respectful of time. Chris was my technician and he was outstanding. This service was paid for by another vendor who was servicing my dryer vent and broke my dryer.

Ryan was great to chat with and completed the work in a timely manner. He also gave a recommendation on washer brands if I choose to replace in the future. As a company, Mr Appliance has great communication and short wait times for tech scheduling. Highly recommend!

Jeremy arrived right on time. I love that he put his shoe covers on right away. I do not allow outdoor shoes in my home. I had already purchased a part, which he installed and it took care of my issue. Less than 30 minutes and it cost $223. I wasn't too pleased about that however it is what it is. He did a great job!
