Ilya was prompt, courteous, and careful to explain what was going on and how to remedy it. The machine is a heavy beast, and required a lot of repair, but Ilya never tried to add on more charges to the initial estimate, and faithfully returned each time a part was received. I recommend him and his company wholeheartedly.

He showed up on time, kept me informed, was extremely professional, did quality work on my appliance and double checked component resistance to make sure he was changing the correct part, and charged a very fair price. I especially appreciated that they did NOT charge a fee just to provide an estimate, like most other Appliance Companies, which is the primary reason I chose Fix by Fix Colorado in the first place. Awesome. Bosch oven wouldn’t heat - burners were fine. I needed help soon. Most others I called were at least a week out. They came the next day (Saturday) in the morning. Competitively priced, respectful of property, efficient, clear about what went wrong and how to fix it. And it was fixed the same trip. As I said, Awesome! Dimitry was great. Thanks.
