We had a great experience working with Brad to get our ice maker repaired. He was on time, quick with the repairs, and friendly. It was so nice not having to wait around all day for a long window where somebody arrives at the very end. I really appreciated the great service! Thank you!!

Great experience with our tech, Brad C. Bound by the rules of our warranty service, he returned multiple times replacing parts, explaining what he was doing, what the next steps were, etc., in layman’s terms and with a friendly demeanor. We finally got it working thanks to Brads hard work, and patience. 5*, 10/10, will definitely be calling Best Service Company, and asking for Brad specifically, if we ever need repairs again.

The repair technician for Best Service Co was courteous and very knowledgeable. He told me that he had performed this exact dishwasher electronics repair 200+ times. The control electronics replacement was quick and provided upgraded the parts for better reliability in the future. It was a warranty repair, so I can’t comment on their prices.

Antone came and helped fix our Maytag washer in Golden a few weeks ago. Very professional and personable, and took just minutes to locate the issue and have it fixed. I wish every time we have someone out was as easy and and as pleasant an experience as this. 5stars

I recently had an issue with my dishwasher, and I’m pleased to share that Best service company handled the repair efficiently and professionally. From the moment I submitted the service request, the process was smooth. The representative was courteous and clearly explained what to expect. A technician was assigned quickly and scheduled a visit within a couple of days. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem promptly, and had the necessary parts to complete the repair in a single visit. The dishwasher is now working perfectly! What I appreciated most was the clear communication and minimal hassle.

I got a fridge - after the last one didn't work. What I noticed was a consistent cooling issue. The front of the fridge would read over 40° (even all night). The fridge was set to a cool 33°, yet I'd have 40°+ variations in multiple places. I checked using an infrared thermometer, a meat probe, and a manual one. Eric the tech came from the install place, said it was "probably" working and left. When it still wasn't consistently cold, warranty kicked in and Best Service was sent out. This was probably the worst service experience ever. The guy ran a five-minute diagnostic and blamed everything on "two" items near the back vent. Let's be real - the egg carton covered maybe 1 blade of 1 of 3 vents. The stemless wine glass (my temp probe) was curved and together they blocked maybe 5-7% of total vent volume. The guy wouldn't confirm temperature fluctuations (no thermometer?) and refused to use my infrared one ("surface temp variation"). He rejected ANY alternative checks or diagnosis. His "blocked vents" finding was ridiculous. Does KitchenAid expect nothing near vents? Does anyone actually not use their top shelf? When I asked how to verify it's working or check the fan or coils, Eric's curt reply: "I work for the manufacturer. This is the process: I run diagnostic, I see this. I'll tell the manufacturer and relay any instructions." That was a lie - he just blamed vents and never followed up. Eric wasn't a technician. My 15-year-old could run his "diagnosis" and check a paper that says "blame anything near vents." He showed no knowledge of how fridges work or how to properly verify issues. He couldn't explain why minimal blockage would cause such inconsistent readings (or tools so I can do readings that are accurate). When I asked what thermometers I should use, he wouldn't tell me. I got gaslit by a process. Later, an appliance manager said he's only seen vent blockage matter when something blocks 90% of airflow, not my tiny 5-7%. When Eric refused any further checks, I said "We are DONE here" and walked away. He complained to the store that I "all but threw him out" - the camera in my living room can prove otherwise. I've never had a service person so focused on protecting the manufacturer while ignoring reality and gaslighting the customer. If I was measuring wrong, he could have shown me how to do it properly instead of dismissing what I was seeing. The issues continue. I got two new digital thermometers, but still can't put milk in the fridge without an ice pad under it.
