This company was very professional, excellent work on my Icemaker. They put on booties before they walked into my house. This is the second time I have used this company and both times I have been completely an extremely satisfied.

My dryer made a loud noise late at night and the drum was no longer tumbling. Ace HVAC and Appliance Repair got my text after midnight and called me back promptly to schedule an appointment. The next afternoon a knowledgeable technician diagnosed the issue and explained the repair simply. My dryer is fixed and I highly recommend them based on their great service and super-fast response! Eddie came out to check out our faulty water heater and after all the diagnostics determined that the fault was with the user and not the water heater! There was no issue other than pilot going out on our water heater. Thanks a lot for stopping by and not trying to suggest a repair which was not needed!

I usually do not write reviews but, this was an exception. I had the technician Eddy, come out and fix my Air conditioner. I had called them in the morning and that same evening the tech came and gave me a estimate and explained starting with what part is causing the issue, what it does, and how he is going to replace it. He fixed it really quickly and professionally. My AC is working better than ever, highly recommend. I would 100% recommend and use their services every time.

Tom from Ace Appliance Service was truly a 5 star experience. Came early morning with a smile and diagnosed / fixed / tested our microwave with a "shorted capacitor and dead fuse" in 10-15mins. Left like a super hero. Thank you so much!

I want share my good experience with Ace HVAC and Appliance. My GE Cafe dishwasher was not starting, so I called them and luckily one of their technicians was available. They sent someone one to my house one hour after my call. The technician, Eldor, was polite and professional. He checked the dishwasher and a few minutes later, he explained to me that there was a clog in the line preventing the dishwasher to start. He went ahead and clean the pipe and put it back to work. I appreciate ACE HVAC prompt service during weekends and especially their honesty dealing with the issue. I highly recommend them for your appliances repairs. Good communication and reasonable prices. I only paid for the service fee.
