Shopping for appliances can be overwhelming. We walked in to their showroom in Fremont with so many questions. We weren't sure where to start. What made this experience exceptional was having a knowledgeable person like Felicia Marhx, who took the time to truly understand our requirements. Rather than pushing the most expensive options or what was in stock, she provided unbiased recommendations based on what would actually work best for our needs and budget. With so many options available across different brands and features, it's invaluable to have someone who can guide you through the choices and explain the real differences that matter. She answered every question patiently, helped us weigh the pros and cons of various models, and never made us feel rushed. By the end, we felt confident in our decisions and knew we were getting exactly what we needed. If you're looking for an appliance store where the staff genuinely wants to help you make the right choice rather than just make a sale, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Davies Appliances in Fremont has a beautiful showroom and a wonderful staff. I worked with Brandon Morelli, who was very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made sure to match and even beat all the local prices, and his service was far better than what we experienced at other Bay Area stores. We did a full kitchen remodel, and Brandon kept us updated throughout the entire project. The installers were also fantastic and made the process smooth from start to finish. Davies Appliance in Fremont has a beautiful showroom. It was wonderful working with Dan Lanting, General Manager, who is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Dan listened to our concern about hard water and showed us several different models of the two brands of dishwashers we were interested in, including ones that have a water softener. Our dishwasher was installed a month ago and it exceeds our expectations! We will certainly return to Davies Appliance when we need new appliances in the future. Thank you, Dan and Davies!

I had a very disappointing experience with this appliance store. They initially provided me with a quote on a gas cooktop that was better than any other stores I had checked. After confirming the purchase and spending time going back and forth, they suddenly told me they couldn’t sell it because they decided to keep it as a display unit instead. Not only did they fail to honor the price they offered, but they also wasted my time and effort, especially during the busy July 4th weekend sale when I could have purchased elsewhere. Their unprofessional handling of this situation left me extremely frustrated. I won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone looking for reliable service or fair business practices.

I discovered Davies Appliance's Fremont location based on an online search in March. I didn't quite have a stellar experience with another independently owned appliance store that is also located in the same county. Dan Lanting has been wonderful to work with and immediately I can tell he was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest based on our first phone conversation. As of yet I've purchased appliances for three rehab projects that we are currently working on so far. I highly recommend working with Dan and we plan on continuing to do so. He has a great eye for detail too and gives a great explanation so that I can understand the products even better. You will be in great hands!

I’ve been working with Dan for about 2 weeks. He’s been extremely helpful. help me understand all kinds of brands and analyze pros/cons for me. He never tried to upsell me anything not being pushing for my decisions. On the top of that, he was able to offer very competitive pricing on some of the most high end brands. We just placed an order for appliances for the entire house and would definitely send all of my friends to Dan. Extremely recommend Dan if you are in the market for some appliances!

The staff are top notch, really great service and work hard to answer all my questions about washing machine, induction cooktop, and refrigerator. Showroom is beautiful and there's ample parking.
