I needed a part for my 20 year old washing machine. They had the part for a reasonable price in stock. So I was able to purchase it and replace it myself that day. The clerk was courteous and helpful too.

How sad to arrive at a business that is open to the general public and because you don't know the language they don't want to serve you. I arrived and asked if they spoke Spanish. I understand a little of the language when they talk to me but I don't speak it well. So I just asked if they spoke Spanish and the answer was from a white man, already an adult, approximately 60 years old, who serves the place, he told me that we are in China and I said I speak Chinese. I asked him again if he could help me and he said again in response do you speak Chinese? I told him no and just left when I saw that he didn't want to serve me. I don't know how they don't understand that it's difficult for you when you haven't been here for a long time and you don't know the language, wanting to buy something and because of your language they don't serve you and they treat you that way is really very painful. Right now I'm using Google Translate for this writing. I couldn't give more than one star to this racist business.

Love the fact that they have all the parts you need to fix any appliance. Very put-off by their corrupt business practices. Had an issue with my washer. Discussed with them. They convinced me that the $40 part they are going to sell me will fix the problem, when I (someone who doesn't know anything about fixing and rely on YouTube) told them I needed some other part. I trusted them, bought the part, installed it and the problem was still there. Went back and discussed the issue with them. They then sold me the part I had originally gone in to get after watching the YouTube repair video. Spent another $55. Tried to return the part THEY convinced me to buy and they said they could not give me refund because I had open the package and installed it. What a scam artists they are! They do have everything in stock, BUT DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE GOING IN. They will trick you into buying non-refundable items.
