I've ordered an LG washer and Dryer set with them for my place and they don't feel 2nd hand, they wash and dry clothes like its brand new with no issues. I am glad that I went to them rather than go spend 2-3x on a brand new set from Bestbuy. Great appliances and even better customer service. They answered every question I had. The selection of appliances is very nice and the prices are reasonable. The morning refrigerator was supposed to be delivered I received a call stating the one I ordered wasn't working as it should, so I was offered a different option at no extra charge. The delivery driver (I forgot his name) was very professional with the delivery, setup and removal of our old refrigerator. We will definitely purchase from them again when we plan on replacing other appliances. Thank you

Bought a really nice freezer and the warranty for a great price. Unfortunately when it arrives the freezer would not freeze. They responded quickly with a service technician who came out and determined the freezer needed a part that shorted out. A few days later the company responded that they could not locate a replacement part so they were going to deliver a new freezer. A very nice, brand new freezer, but I wanted the model that matches my refrigerator so I asked them for a refund. They promptly responded again and offered to refund my purchase. Bottom line, Five Brothers offers great appliances for a great price, but they have even better customer service. Highly recommend.

Five Brothers is a great company and Wesam is an awesome communicator, I love that he reached out to see how were liking our washer and dryer after about a month of having them. The 90 day warranty is also a great thing. Ty Five Brithers and Wesam for the great service.
