Needed parts to repair my refrigerator and found them on Google. Found the prices are highly competitive and always in stock among the many sites they operate. Their website is intuitive and provides schematics to aid in identifying parts. The lady on the main number was super helpful in confirming my parts order was correct for my appliance. David from the Irving location was especially helpful with me troubleshooting and sharing his years of experience with known issues and commonly replaced parts. He took the time to help vs. turning and burning customers which is rare these days. Knowledgeable, Accurate, Fast, Polite, Great prices. There's my 5 stars. I will recommend Reliable Parts to my family and friends as their first stop in any appliance repair. Great job!

Reasonable prices. Lazy workers. Customer experience is priority to a successful business. Too bad for this branch. They didn’t want to look in there warehouse for a part to the change shipping on an order that was place 10 minutes ago. Unacceptable! Kept making nonsensical excuses!

**[Note revision below. Despite being a pretty big criticism, I left the rating as is]. On Friday afternoon near closing time, Jenny at the parts counter was friendly, professional and very helpful. I showed her the video of my crazy washing machine, and immediately she recognized the problem and made a recommendation. I even thought I had talked her into helping me do the repair, but she informeds me that she had to work. Thank you Reliable Parts (y’all should give your workers weekends off-jk). >> I wasn’t kidding when I asked if I needed anything else to install the bearing kit I was buying. Surely, the staff here is used to working with pro techs that have proper tools and know how. That’s not me. It was obvious that I wasn’t a repairman. Why wasn’t it obvious that I might not have the special tools for this repair (I.e.: the almost-essential highly recommended bearing puller/installer tool? Having that would’ve knocked off four hours and lots of stress. Guys please recommend all the necessary tools when it’s clear appliance repair isn’t our 9to5, especially for us newbies. This place is amazing! They always have the parts I need in stock. Jeff was extremely helpful, even gave me the full blue print of my dryer as a just in case. The communication among the associates is outstanding. Don't waste your time at other appliance parts stores

These guys were great! I was replacing a washer door seal that cost about $70 but required 2 specialty tools that cost $150; rather than trying to take my money for the tools I'd never use again (like everyone else I had checked with) they loaned me the tools so my cost was only $70 - plumber cost was going to be $350! Highly recommended.
