Chris was amazing! He was professional & courteous. They may not be local, but they were right on time! Chris explained what he was going to do & did it. My boss was pleased. We stayed on budget - we will use them for any future needs.

This is not a local company - it's a national chain that allows you to book an appointment on their website .. then calls you the next day and reschedules for a week away! I would not use this company if you need urgent assistance within 48 hours. PS. While I appreciate their thoughtful response to my review, I do not believe they should offer online booking if they cannot honor the availability shown online. I did not take them up on their offer to re-book.

I called Mr. Appliance on a Wednesday for an LG washing machine drain pump repair and they had a service professional (Tasia) at my house the next morning. Tasia was awesome! The repair was completed quickly and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Going above and beyond, Tasia noticed that we have Thermador appliances and told me Mr Appliance is also an authorized Thermador repair company. I highly recommend Mr Appliance and I’ll definitely use them for any future appliance repairs I need.

I was having a microwave emergency. I called Mr Appliance of Irving. They were able to get Lane to my house within a few hours, he diagnosed the issue, and had me up and running within an hour. I highly recommend them!!

We have used Mr. Appliance a couple of times over the past year or so for our Thermador freezer ice maker. There appears to be a glitch with the filer when it gets changed. They are easy to schedule, prompt and very professional. I love that they send a picture of the repair person and also that I can thoroughly understand the repair person and what he is doing to remedy our problem. The repairman is always clean, neat and I will use them again in the future when needed. I highly recommend their services for all your repair needs.

Our washing machine was getting louder and louder. It was washing the clothes, but the noise was getting worse. We called Mr. Appliance and they sent a technician out the next day. The technician, Layne, diagnosed the problem and made his recommendation for the repair. We were back up and running in no time! Everything was professional and on time. We were very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Got an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, tech was early (!) and got the repair done quickly. I recommend the company and especially the technician: TASIA.
