Parker Plus Appliance and Repair

Great experience! My dryer stopped heating on a Saturday, with multiple loads waiting, our daughter was here visiting , Mr Parker had and knew exactly what i needed , he went above and beyond to help out,he had the part i needed waiting for me.I will definitely refer and do business with them. Btw the dryer works like a new one! Can't thank the enough.

Aaron (the owner) was very kind and arrived a couple hours after I called. He got right to work and diagnosed my washer issue immediately, with solutions as well. He was able to provide a quick fix until our warranty company is able to come out or until we ordered the new parts. Thanks Aaron!

If I could give 0 stars I would! They have horrible customer service and phone etiquette. I called to inquire about a washer and dryer and requested to know the name of the person that I was speaking with and they processed to call me weird for wanting to address them by their name. I have never seen anything like that before. It completely turned me off from this place. I would not recommend purchasing from this store. I can only imagine how they would treat you in person.

These guys actually stole from me. I was really grateful that this company could come and fix my dryer on the same day. Now I get why. I called them, and they sent someone out. The guy did get my dryer running again. BUT he charged me 100 dollars more than the company had quoted me. When my wife, who was at home paid, I called the boss and realized the repairman had charged me an extra 100 dollars. I was on the phone as the boss laughingly said, "to get one over on ‘ME’ (the customer)." On top of that, the dryer completely stopped working about 20 minutes after the guy left. The boss did get my 100 dollars back, but only after my wife threatened to stop payment and call the police. I played around with it until I got the dryer running again. It just barely works and now we are going to have to buy a new machine. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PREDATORY BUSINESS!!!

We have a Maytag Dryer and had Parker Plus Appliances come out. We called Mr Parker last minute and he was able to fit us in. He knew exactly what the diagnostic was and eliminated the potential problem by knowing what could have caused the issue. Checked everything and found a solution. Super friendly and very knowledgeable in his work. 100000% would recommend

I called Parker Plus Appliance Repair at 5:30 pm on Wednesday hoping to leave a message. I did leave a message and Aaron Parker called me. We set up an appointment for Friday. He asked me to text him the model # and for our address. He then called saying he was close by and could come by and fix our dryer. 2 hours later the jump was completed and our dryer was once again blowing hot air. Aaron is polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. His can-do attitude coupled with his phenomenal work ethics are noteworthy. The price was very fair especially when he worked into the early evening. If you’re in need of an appliance repair then look no further, you've found the right company! Terry K.

My dryer stopped working so I called Aaron today. He came the same day with another dryer In his truck in case I need a new one. We discussed everything over the phone before so communication was awesome. This man brought my old dryer in my garage from the second floor all by himself. So he did such an amazing job. Explained everything and gave me different options. I will definitely call him again for anything that needs to be prepared. 5 stars all the way.
