The peace of mind knowing that I never have to worry about my appliances ever again was a great start, but then they sent Morgan to our home to look into our malfunctioning dishwasher. Morgan did exactly what any amazing technician should do, he made sure to call before his arrival to ensure he was welcome, he was right on time and ready to work. As he introduced himself with the highest level of professionalism and a hand shake he went right to work. His knowledge quickly showed as he diagnosed the issue within minutes, and then within a few more mins he had it fixed. All the while carrying on a conversation with me and interacting as though we had been friends for years. I have been a business owner for over 10 years so I can say that men like him are very hard to find and very very crucial to running a successful business. When Morgan was done he made sure to clean up and took the time to explain what he had done in detail so I understood what I was paying for. 5 stars for the business but 10 ⭐ for Morgan, I will personally request he be our tech any time we our in need. And I highly suggest he be moved into a position where he could teach other men how to be not just good but amazing at what they do just like him. Great job brother #maketechsgreatagain

Morgan was sent out to repair our dryer. He did an AMAZING JOB! He explained what he was doing and what was going on. Very informative and friendly. ABSOLUTELY a great experience! Thanks Morgan! Shout out to Universal Appliance Repair! Should have gone to them first. I had an oven handle replaced and it was not done correctly, so I called Universal repair. First of all, they are great about calling you back if they miss your call. Latoya is amazing. She was patient and listened to my concerns. The service technician who diagnosed the issue and did the repair, Morgan, was awesome! His communication was outstanding. He was available to answer any questions and even sent pictures . I highly recommend Universal Appliance Repair. They are professional and efficient!!

Our dishwasher started leaking and so we searched for a local appliance repair company. I came upon Universal Appliance Repair, read the reviews and took a chance. My husband and I are so happy with Morgan. He is genuinely nice, respectful, reliable and knowledgeable. He even installs appliances if you need that service as well. He is very reasonably priced. We now have a local repair person that we can call that we know is going to get the job done right and done well. Thank you Morgan for all your help. You are very appreciated.

I called on a Monday for a quote regarding my fridge issue, and they had a technician, Mr. Morgan, at my home by Tuesday. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Upon arrival, I mistakenly provided him with the wrong information about the faulty part. However, Mr. Morgan assessed the situation and, after further research, identified the actual issue.He went above and beyond by purchasing the necessary part from Home Depot and completed the repair efficiently. The service was prompt and reasonably priced, especially considering the cost of bottled water during the wait. I highly recommend their services!

I called on Friday morning with my issue and was told Mr. Morgan would arrive same day between 5 & 7, I was shocked. He was running late but called to provide me his eta. He is extremely respectful and knowledgeable! Assistant was kind and very understanding. Mr. Morgan went above & beyond to provide me with the information I needed. The best part was his reasonable price! No one has hundreds of dollars for a bunch of different fees and Mr. Morgan was straight forward! Highly recommend!

I called this company for something outside of their purview and the lady that answered the phone was very kind and helped me with what I needed. I was looking for a part for my food processor that I could not find and she found it within just a minute. She sent me the link so that I could order it and obviously just went out of her way to be helpful. Don’t find too many people like that these days and I certainly appreciated it. With her being in the face for the company I would have to say that they are reliable and could be trusted to take care of any appliance problem that someone may have.
