I found out today Best Buy does not stand behind their warranty. I bought all new appliances and extended warranty. I had a appointment for March9 that was scheduled Since February 27 they call on March 6 and cancelled I tell them I’ve taken off work and need it this day. They didn’t care they out sourced to third party. Elliott the manager tried but he failed to meet his customer needs
