Dwayne, our service technician was wonderful - knowledgeable, professional and willing to share valuable advice on my dishwasher. Appreciate the prior communication when he was delayed in arriving. I will definitely use the service again should any of my appliances need service.

Tyler came to my house and diagnosed the problem. I week later I paid an invoice for parts for the upcoming service. This was over a month ago and I can’t even get a call back. I’ve spoken to his admin assistant once weekly for 5 weeks now and she always tells me she’ll tell Tyler and either she or he will call me back. I haven’t received one call yet. This company took my money and didn’t do the work. Update: At no point did your admin tell me what was going on. Each time I called she told me she didn’t know what was happening and that she’d let you know to call me. Had I received any updates, I wouldn’t have been so frustrated. Also, the part for my ice maker may have been ordered but you still haven’t addressed the issue with my oven. When we texted earlier today I had to remind you that you said you’d reach out to someone to fix the motherboard. Update #2: Tyler has agreed to refund the cost of the part ordered.

Excellent prompt service. Tyler was amazing - new how to troubleshoot all my appliances-honest and very fair pricing. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Tyler and Jake had to deal with a warranty repair for a new oven I purchased. The manufacturer was not exactly the easiest to deal with, but they still got the oven fixed for us. We are so thankful. They were both very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They even fixed the oven is a shorter time than expected!

The owner of the company came out on the call to let us know whether to repair or replace our dishwasher. He was prompt, honest and because he doesn’t sell dishwashers, I trusted that he’d give us the best advice. Very professional, and kind. Thanks!

Great service from start to finish: easy scheduling, good communication, tech very knowledgeable (and friendly to boot). Diagnosed the problem (which in fact didn't require any parts), didn't try to sell us anything, very reasonable labor charge for the amount of time spent.
