This place is great. I went in looking for a refrigerator, boy did I get a deal. The Manager was excellent. He helped get the deal done. It was delivered two days later,but the guys damaged the door getting it in our 1970 door. No problem, the guy told me he would take a picture and I would call them the next day and Tracy ordered me a door. They called me when it came in and 2 guys came and put the new door. The whole process was great. The employees were great. The price was amazing. Go see them if you need any appliances.

I have purchased several appliances here along with friends and family, but because one employee failed to reserve a set of appliances as they have done in the past for a future pickup, I lost out. I was told they could not honor anything and was treated with disrespect. The outlet manager made me feel that my business was not appreciated, and therefore I would not recommend anyone buy appliances from here.

Bro! It's the hidden gem of appliances. The whole store is their open box section which means a constantly changing selection at an awesome price available right then!

Horrible customer service. Once you pay for your appliances, they no longer care if your waiting for delivery, or anything else.

I bought a Maytag washer there that lasted 13 months. I called to have their tech to take a look at it and they didn't tell me that it was going to cost anything, so I thought it was still under warranty. The tech looked at my washer and told me my UI was bad (which I already knew) and that it would be almost 700 to fix it. I also had to pay 140 for him coming to my house to tell me something that I had already known. I will be buying my next washer somewhere else and it will not be a Maytag.
