Mike and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish on an install job at one of my rental b properties in Fort Collins! My dishwasher had also not been draining correctly, and Mike and his guys quickly identified the faulty part, had it ordered and the job turned around before my tenants were due to move in. Lifesaver! I'll definitely be calling Local Motive for all of my appliance needs for the future. Highly recommend!!!

We used Local Motive to install our new GE gas range and a new Samsung All-in-one washer/dryer. Ian and Patrick installed the all-in-one and did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous and fast. It was a very heavy unit and I'm impressed with how quickly they got the job done. I highly recommend them and Local Motive for your appliance needs!

Mike is an honest guy, I feel comfortable that he is doing the right thing, this is always a concern that people will over charge and not care, not Mike. I really appreciate his desire to do the job well and provide a good solution. When he first came, it seemed like a simple refrigerator fix, but after doing the work and taking longer and finding out it was a much bigger job, we decided it was best to buy a new refrigerator. We bought the new one through Mike, which were better prices than at HD or Lowe’s. Mike took care of everything; he arrived the next day first thing, took out the old refrigerator, hauled it, put a new the one in, and the cost for the first visit, parts, etc, were honored in the purchase of the new refrigerator. He even extended the warranty another 6 months. Mike works hard and very conscientious insuring we were happy. Amazing!! I will definitely call him again if I need anything. He will be our guy. Thank you!

LIFE SAVER! Googling and trying to get reviews of good appliance repair services is overwhelming! I feel both relieved I never have to look anywhere again, b/c these people rock and appreciative to Patrick B who came out same day and fixed my dryer! Us mom, know when laundry gets backed up, its a huge stressor! Same day service was amazing! He arrived in the window that was given to me, super fast, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the repair tech,Ian, and his ability to quickly troubleshoot the problem with our dishwasher. He was professional, courteous, kept us updated on his arrival time and fully explained the problem. He also contacted our home warranty company and explained how to followup with them. I give Ian 5 out of 5 stars and bravo!

Ian was my service technician. He was on time, and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with my refrigerator. He took pictures and measured the temp of my frigde, which was way off . The temperature on the door was reading normal but the inside temps were much warmer. Anyway my refrigerator was a lost cause. I would recommend this company for their friendliness, knowledge, quick response. Also Ian is the best!

I am so grateful for the top notch service and response of Local Motive Appliance. Great crews and service. Thank you especially to their crew member Pat. I highly recommend them and will use them as my "Go To" from here on out!
