Easy to schedule service. Technician showed exactly at appointment time. Quick service. All options were presented ahead of time based on what was wrong. He was very knowledgeable, professional and made sure I knew the most affordable options. Took less than 20 minutes to fix. Very thankful for the service I received.

Tommy (All American Applicance) agreed to stop by late in the day to repair our gas dryer. He was efficient and courteous in his dealings with us and had our dryer operational in a short time. The price was very reasonable. We have used him in the past and will use him again in the future with no hesitation.

Another repair company couldn't come out for 2 weeks so I called All American and they came the same day! Tommy was professional and courteous. However, he recommended we buy a new frig/freezer because the repair cost would run more than a new frig. Ice had built up in the freezer area and the frig section wasn't cooling. Also discovered the base of the frig was dented probably during delivery 5 years ago. Even though his time to defrost would have made the job cost prohibitive, we defrosted it ourselves and now the refrigerator is working perfectly again So we appreciated the diagnosis of the problem and saved ourselves the cost of buying a new refrigerator by making it a DIY!!!

Excellent service from a family owned, local business. Tommy was prompt in returning my phone call and was able to come out the next day to check out my refrigerator problem. I immediately received a confirmation e-mail and text confirming my appointment. Tommy was on time and sent a text message to let me know when he was on his way. He shared a lot of information with me that helped me understand the problem as well as making recommendations based on his experience and expertise on refrigerators. It was very easy to schedule their service through the website and they had open available appoints to quickly get out and inspect my refrigerator.
