I want to give a shout out to Juan Hernandez and his assistant ( I didn’t get his name ). They fixed my water heater and got it working. You guys did awesome. I will DEFINITELY call you guys again if I ever need ya’s service again. And I will DEFINITELY tell my friends and family about you guys. Justin and Ambrose were amazing. They provided excellent customer service with professionalism and politeness... and it was a bonus that they showed up the day before I was scheduled! They went above and beyond, answering all my questions and doing what ever I asked. My water softener had failed and released resin beads throughout my entire plumbing. They checked every fixture and didn't leave until the job was done and millions of beads flushed out of my pipes. I would totally use these guys again. 5 stars.

The contractor contacted me To schedule an appointment the day that they received the work order. Lisa was extremely nice and helpful. She adjusted their schedule to work with mine. They showed up within 20 minutes. They sent me a text, informing me that the tech is on his way and his location so that way I knew when they would be arriving. When the techs arrived, they both introduced themselves. They went to work immediately. Not only did they get the job done correctly, but they also were very informative to how to prevent future calls and how to properly care for the dishwasher filter and things that they just kind of went out of their way to show me. I am very, very pleased with MIDTOWN PLUMBING and will use them for any and all further plumbing issues.

Outstanding Service from Carlos at Midtown Plumbing! I recently had a plumbing issue at my home and called Midtown Plumbing based on a recommendation—and I’m so glad I did. Carlos was the plumber who came out, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful, and took the time to explain the problem and the fix in simple terms. The men who came to work on our shower were extremely polite and helpful. When I called to ask about pricing the woman I talked to was upfront and told me the hourly rate as well as her estimate to how much the repairs would be. We have an extremely old shower and they were unable to find parts to replace what was broken, but they were able to get it to stop leaking and told us what we would need to completely replace it as well as how much it would cost. They are by far the most helpful and upfront business we have used so far.

Midtown Plumbing did an amazing job fixing a cracked pipe at the base of our washing machine. They were incredibly efficient, hard working, professional and clean. They were able to begin the job very quickly after we called them. Each plumber did a great job of communicating their plans for each day. Great company to hire for your plumbing needs. From owner to his employees, they are hard worker as well as being very knowledgeable at what they do. The young guys working are very hard workers. Lucky to have them guys on the team. Highly recommended!
