Came in looking for a part, Not only did they help recheck the parts I brought in, they were able to diagnose the actual issue with the dryer and send me home with the correct part. The dryer is fixed and I will be coming back for all appliance needs and recommending this business. The knowledge, expertise and customer service was above and beyond. Thanks.

I fix our appliances all the time - and admit I have ordered parts online... but no more! I am returning the parts that are coming in the mail currently - Sandy was caring and very helpful! It's like I took a time machine back to the 80's (granted I was born in the 80's) when people went to stores, the stores had what you needed and they cared more about their service to you than your money. I could not recommend coming here for all your appliance needs enough!

Always have parts in stock or able to get parts super fast. Staff friendly and knowledgeable Highly recommend

I call there and talk to Sean and he was supper helpful. He answered my questions and even walk me through where I have the issues. After all that my tester didn't work he offer to test it for me. Found out the issue gave me the new part and off my way. It's fix now!!! I save myself bunch of $$ not buying a new dryer. Big thinks to you I'll be coming back.

Big Shout Out to Sean and Sandy at Oxnard Appliances. They had the part I needed for my LG washer in stock and went out of their way to make sure I was getting the right part. Pricing was awesome too. Great service, great business. I highly recommend.

I went in for the first time to grab a new water inlet valve on a kenmore 70 series, and Sandie and Sean were helpful with getting me the right part, I will be going to them from now on for all my appliance parts needs.
