Fixel Appliance Repair

We noticed our Bosch dishwasher had standing water at the bottom after running a full load - which was unusual. After a few weeks, we called Mike at Fixel and set up an appointment. He was on time and after testing the dishwasher found it wasn't a mechanical issue. It was the the air gap was clogged and needed to be replaced due to the plastic was breaking apart. Very nice guy, great communication about issues, attention to making sure it's done right. Absolutely will call him for any future issues. It's been a few weeks and no more standing water.

I'm so glad the reviews led me to find Mike at Fixel Appliance Repair. I called a couple of places to find they don't repair Zephyr range hoods but Mike does. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately and within a week, got a new part and fixed my range hood just before Thanksgiving. Very reasonable pricing. Mike is very knowledgeable about all appliances and highly recommend him.

I initially had Fixel Appliance Repair out to help me with a washing machine issue that other companies weren’t willing to help me with. Mike was so nice and knowledgeable and fixed my issue quickly. After that initial repair, I had him out for a second repair, this time for my dishwasher. Again, Mike was super nice and fixed my issue quickly. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Fixel Appliance Repair. He was genuinely great to talk with, communicated clearly from start to finish, and showed up right on time. It was clear he came prepared, arriving with every tool he needed to diagnose and fix the issue in a single visit. I appreciated how he took the time to walk me through the mechanics of my refrigerator, what he was looking for, and how he approached the troubleshooting process. Once he identified the problem, he explained it in a way that made sense and outlined exactly how he would fix it. His expertise and confidence in the work were obvious. You can tell he’s a seasoned professional who takes pride in doing the job correctly. As a local business owner with years of experience, he deserves the community’s support. I’d absolutely recommend Fixel Appliance Repair and will be calling him again for any future needs.

Mike was wonderful. He exceeded my expectations with the installation of my new dishwasher. I was on a tight timeline, and he still showed up and made it happen. Highly recommend!

Mike was very efficient as he diagnosed the issue with our dryer. He was respectful of our time and made sure we understood the best way to resolve the issues with our dryer. We will definitely contact him in the future for any appliance repairs.

I found Mike from a friend’s referral. He was courteous, kind and very professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator. His customer service skills are amazing.
