Nate did a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. My washing machine had residue in it from me washing a wool rug that I should not have put in the washer. It was easy to get in touch with NT Appliance Repair and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Nate was very friendly and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. I am so grateful! I'd call Nate again if I had an appliance issue in the future.

Nate fixed my dishwasher, which was not draining. Appointment was scheduled quickly, he took the time to explain and show me the problems, and he was clear on pricing and approach up front. He went above and beyond to clear the other drains and pipes and fix an additional problem. He cleaned up and was very professional and efficient. He knew what he was doing! Nate came out today to fix my washing machine. it’s old and I wasn’t sure it was worth repairing, but he checked it out for me and let me know. It was a good quality washing machine and it was worth fixing. He Explained everything to me. It helped me make the decision that I wanted it repaired rather than replaced. The first time I talk to him, I asked him about repairing my microwave and when I explained to him what it was doing and the brand he said it would cost about the same to fix it as buy a new one, and even though he didn’t want to lose a repair job, he said if it was His microwave he would replaced it. I appreciated his honesty. When my boyfriend needed to have his stove repaired, I recommended NT appliance and he was very happy with the work and the price. I highly recommend this company. They are great.

I called NT Appliance to have my 9 year old water and ice dispenser board replaced. I spoke with a lady, who was Nate's wife. She requested the refrigerator model number and I explained the problem with my refrigerator. The next day Nate texted me and arrived on time. He walked into my kitchen and advised me Whirlpool doesn't make a replacement board anymore for the water dispenser. I asked Nate why he just couldn't have called me via the telephone and advise me. He made a stupid excuse and said I owed him 59.00 for the service call. He even showed me a website stating the part was not available. I reluctantly paid Nate the service call fee and sent him on his way. About 10 minutes later I found the replacement board on Appliance Pro's and Parts Dr. I spent 170.00 and received the board 2 days later. I replaced the board in less than 30 minutes and I'm back in business. Beware of this guy Nate and his company NT Appliance! HE IS A LIAR AND A FRAUD!!! RESPONSE: Nate the parts I ordered and installed were brand new and original Whirlpool parts! Not sure where you purchase your parts, but you probably should try another vendor! I included the two companies names in the post so customers can do their own research and see for themselves!

Nate came on time. He was attentive and provided exceptional services with upmost professionalism. He charged a fair price.

This is the second time we have used NT Appliance. The office staff was very quick to return my call and got me on their schedule for the next day. Nate arrived and quickly identified the problem with my dryer, had the part on hand, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He answered all of my questions and even vacuumed the inside of my dryer while he had it taken apart. Definitely recommend

I highly recommend NT Appliance Repair. They were available to fix my broken LG washing machine drain pump almost a week sooner than other repair companies and the price was very reasonable compared to the quotes I got from the other local companies. The technician was very friendly, honest and professional and explained the issue very well, even showed me what went wrong on the old drain pump. I won't hesitate to use them again if anything other appliances break in my home. They are a very trustworthy small business and so much more accommodating than the larger local companies.
