Griffith was at our house a few days ago to repair a leaky fridge and to take a look at our overheating dryer. Making an appointment was easy—Griffith was prompt, efficient, affordable, knowledgeable, and extremely kind to our 4-year-old who was so curious watching him fix our dishwasher. Also 10/10 mustache.

Prompt, fair and honest. Showed up, as scheduled. Charged a very fair rate for the initial visit/assessment (which would've then been applied to the repair cost). After spending time trying to identify the source of the problem, he didn't think it made sense to replace anything right then and there, and instead said to give it more time and call again if the problem came back. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely contact again for any other appliance repair needs in the future.
