Don did a great job repairing our Wolf stove. He came to assess the situation. Got the correct parts ordered, and completed The work in a timely manner. He double-checked everything to make sure it worked properly. We can now use all the burners and there's no drifting of the knobs in the low settings. He was personable, friendly and had a good attitude about work. We'll use them again if we have appliance repair needs.
My fridge and dishwasher weren't working, so I got an employee to inspect and fix them. He came inside with no tools, and his supposed "inspection" of the fridge consisted of JUST OPENING IT. He didn't take the back off to look at anything, and didn't even try plugging it in. He did the same with the dishwasher. He told me it would cost over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS for the fridge and SEVEN HUNDRED to repair the dishwasher. Mind you, a very high end fridge costs about 2000, and you can get a great new dishwasher for less than 700. These prices are absolutely ludicrous of course, but he also would have had no idea of the potential repair costs because HE DIDN'T EVEN DO HIS JOB OF LOOKING AT IT. I paid 200 dollars for nothing
Noah serviced our old ice maker. He spent a lot of his time investigating various ways to repair the old unit, including calling the manufacturer to help him diagnose the unit. Eventually he determined our best route was to replace the unit. He had one on the truck and replaced it on the spot. We now have ice! Professionalism, knowledge, and skill... great combo!
The technician correctly diagnosed the problem which was a bad defrost heater… unfortunately he also claimed that our $7,000 (plus cabinet panels) built in Bosch refrigerator needed to be thrown away because of "corrosion in the connector terminals". As if the factory supplied connectors were the only way to connect two wires. He generously offered to get us a discount on our next purchase. While I’m happy to have paid the $160 for the diagnosis, the stance of not repairing this high end expensive appliance was ridiculous. So I bought the replacement part online directly from Bosch. It arrived in a week. I went to Lowe’s and bought a pack of 20 wire nuts for $3.99, then replaced the broken assembly in a couple of hours of work using this apparently novel technology to connect two wires. Super disappointed in the unwillingness of their technician to repair our appliance.
Tech showed up without tools to diagnose the machine. Looked underneath briefly. Barely listened to what I was telling him about the problems we were having. Decided it was a door seal. Came back two days later with the part and install. The unit is leaking all over now water where there was no water before. What a joke.
Extremely poor all around. The technician literally just guessed what the issue was without a real inspection (didn’t plug fridge in or even take the back off to look) and told me I needed a new fridge, or over $2k for the "repair". I called to discuss and was told he couldn’t properly diagnose without the unit having been plugged in for the last 48 hours. So, I again expressed concern that the technician was just making assumptions without facts. The dishwasher wasn’t even started he just looked inside and said $700 for repairs. I think YouTube wound have served me better. I’m out over $200 for the 5 minutes he was in my house ** I see that you have responded to my review literally 2 months after I posted. You are just straight up lying. Were you there to see what he did?? The Dishwasher wasn’t started and the fridge wasn’t even plugged in. *** who lies like this!?
"Doctor Keandre" arrived on time with the exact part to fix my dryer. He was polite and professional. Highly recommend them.
