I should have walked away when their website wouldn’t load or when their voicemail box was the default and didn’t have a message identifying their business. I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks out with an arrival window of 1-3. They did not confirm the appointment prior to the day and called me multiple times on the day without leaving a message, expecting a confirmation. Their phone number was not identified with their business. I do not keep my phone on me while working nor was I notified by them that I should. They finally messaged me that they had been trying to get ahold of me about my arrival window 12-2 (so they got it wrong) and that the tech would arrive in 30 min. I responded to thank them for the notification when I saw it 30 min later and got a reply that because they didn’t hear from me they skipped me and the new arrival window would be 3-5. When I tried to communicate with them about the situation and that that wouldn’t work for me, they didn’t respond so I cancelled the appointment. Their response was ‘we’re busy and sorry for the inconvenience.’ This company does not function with their customer in mind.

Our situation was unique as our is no longer available for replacment (size,style,etc.) It would have cost us 3x more to accomodate a new unit, requiring us to replace the freezer as well as the refrigerator in addition to remodeling the space to accomodate new appliances. Bogard came in, evaluated the unit, researched for parts, provided estimate and completed excellent service, timely response, clean work environment and friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My Frigidaire freezer was leaking water on the floor daily ! Such a I convenience, and I thought it was the ice maker which would have cost a fortune to replace but thanks to Bogard he figured out that it was the drain hose was plugged and the water was leaking into the bottom of the freezer ! I’m sure it ended up costing a lot less and he was so kind and personable ! Great customer service I will call him from now on for all my repairs ! Thank you Bogard !

Bogard came at the agreed time and had our fridge diagnosed & fixed quickly. He knows what he’s doing. Glad we found him. Delightful person, pleasure to meet & grateful for his care & attention.

I HIGHLY recommend Bogard Appliances and Refrigeration. Bogard was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem with my 2016 Samsung refrigerator. He carefully explained what he tested and his plan for repair. My fridge is now happy and so am I !!!

Bogard & Jesse are truly top notch! Professional, kind, communicative & good people! Bogard fixed my dishwasher, ice maker and helped me locate a new stove for my house and he delivered it and installed it made sure everything was in great order.
